i mean deaf people born deaf, i know they can't use words but i am just wondering how else they think?

You don't always need words to think, deaf people think by visual with concepts such as sign language.
Just as blind people think with other senses, the human body can adapt to a lot of situations and can often switch senses if other senses fail.

yes you are right but i just have a hard time imagining thinking visually as opposed to 'sounds' or words...
