Hi there, I have a Qosmio x500 04n laptop, the past few months I've been experiencing a lot crashing and freezing with it. I thought it might be a software problem, perhaps I had malware or some viruses lurking around, so I formatted it, wiped everything and it's still happening. So as far as identifying what piece of hardware is failing (assuming its that) I did a couple scans, and everything seemed to come out okay. I used Speccy and CrystalDisk info, I attached some screenshots of the results. But then I also did using Windows Resource and Performance Monitor and that gave results that seemed to contradict what the above scans showed. I attached a screenshot of that as well. As you may have gathered, I'm at a loss as to what is happening. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
